How do I return an item?
How to Return Merchandise
Betther Beachwear will gladly exchange and accept returns for a refund (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced , unwashed, unworn, and unusued merchandise. Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy.
All items must be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
The items to be returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags in new and unused condition for an exchange.
For hygienic reasons, please do not remove the plastic hygienic protection sticker when trying on the bikini bottoms or swimsuits. Regrettably, we will not be able to exchange or provide a refund if the sticker has been removed or tampered with and or if the item is soiled, stained or not returned to us in the same condition as it was shipped to you. Please provide your receipt and the unworn item with all the tags intact and its original packaging and complete the form accompanying your order to request an exchange to:

Please send all items to us via registered mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit while being returned to us. Please allow ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.
If you are unsatisfied after your first exchange we will give you a returns credit. In the event that you have not found another item that you wish to purchase you may email us for a refund of your purchase. We will refund you the cost of your purchase minus the delivery/return charges and a small handling fee to cover our administration costs.
Please note that on sale items, we can only offer exchanges or store credit but not refunds. There will be no exchanges or store credit on clearance or final sale items.
